What is your policy ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES or cancellations?

WHat are the conditions of return?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What shipping do you use for Domestic orders?

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS priority mail, if you would like insurance, signature confirmation or upgrade options please contact us.

What shipping do you use for international orders?

All International items are shipped using USPS first class mail, if you would like insurance, signature conformation or a shipping upgrade to priority or express mail, please contact us. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Know your country rules and regulations before you purchase.
 

Do you provide gift wrapping?

Yes, we would be happy to provide gift wrapping for a minimal fee.
